What’s With McCain and His Economic Policy?

Phil Gramm is gone from the picture - at least publicly - but there is another advisor/surrogate who carries the same banner - Carly Fiorina. Both Gramm and Fiorina are all corporate and not exactly people who want to produce more jobs or foster worker’s progress. Her stint at HP, not only made a mess of the company in general but also wreck havoc among the top brass of the merged Compaq, forcing many to leave in disgust. That infamous merger also lead to 7000 job losses and, if I remember well, the outsourcing of at least part of the production to other countries. I don’t see much of a difference between her crap and that of Gramm.
As a result, McCain’s potential economic policies are going to be no more and no less than the ones Bush and Co. have practiced until now and the average Joe will bear the burden, once again. Finally, is it a coincidence that Gramm and Fiorina have heavy ties to Texas? It’s George W’s hand placing the successors for his disastrous policy in the field for the next election?
